Keep deer away from outdoor plants in your yard by mixing up this homemade spray to apply as needed
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 T. cooking oil
- 1 T. liquid dish soap
- 1 gallon water
Beat egg and milk together with a whisk; then add oil and soap. Add mixture to water and stir or shake well. Store in a covered one gallon container. Apply liquid to plants (except not on food plants) using a spray bottle. Reapply every two weeks or after heavy rain.
fyi - This mixture will have a foul odor, so be prepared.
As this picture shows, deer are beautiful animals - just not in our yard. Good Luck!
