When you are doing laundry, do you ever come up with a missing sock? I sure have, so I keep a small basket handy in my cabinet above the washing machine. If I have a lone sock when folding clean clothes, I check the basket for a match. If it's not there, I put my sock in the basket for a future match. My family knows to check the basket if they are missing a sock! Works great!
