Freeze leftover mashed potatoes, gravy, chili, spaghetti sauce, meatloaf or a casserole in regular or large size muffin tins. Once frozen, remove from the tins and place in a freezer bag, label and use as needed. Spray your muffin tin with Pam, if you want or line with aluminum foil for easy removal.
